What are Halcyon's hours? Wednesday - Friday, 10am - 6pm ; Saturday, 9am - 4pm. Does Halcyon accept walk-ins? Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are encouraged. What if I am late for or need to cancel my appointment? Because we understand how precious your time is, we want to remind you of our appointment policies. We must have 24-hour notice for an appointment cancellation, so we can schedule our clients. Without a 24-hour cancellation, your account will be charged 1/2 the cost of your scheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment to keep other clients on schedule. If you are more than 30 minutes late, this is considered a no-show and your account will be charged 1/2 the cost of your scheduled service. You must honor salon policies before we can schedule future appointments. While we do our best to accommodate you, your understanding is an integral element of our service. We are conveniently located near the 7th Street/Convention Center Metro on the Green and Yellow lines. Is Halcyon a unisex salon? Yes. Halcyon is a unisex salon. What forms of payment does Halcyon accept? We accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards. Please note there is a $25 charge for returned checks. |
