Cancellation Policy:

Because we understand how precious your time is, we want to remind you of our appointment policies.

We must have 24-hour notice for an appointment cancellation, so we can schedule our clients. Without a 24-hour cancellation, your account will be charged 1/2 the cost of your scheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment to keep other clients on schedule. If you are more than 30 minutes late, this is considered a no-show and your account will be charged 1/2 the cost of your scheduled service. You must honor salon policies before we can schedule future appointments.
